In case of cancellation or rescheduling:

• 48 Hour Notice is highly appreciated.
• Less than 24 hours notice will result in 50% of your reserved service (charged on your next visit).
• No shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service (charged on your next visit).
• Returned checks will be subject to a $25.00 fee.
• All services and/or rates are subject to change without prior notification.
• No Refunds on rendered services or gift certificates.
• Any product returns must be unopened and accompanied with a sales receipt.
